The Pastis des Alpes Latitude 45°N is carefully distilled from 28 meticulously selected plants. This unique recipe reflects the Alpine terroir and the Distillery's centuries-old expertise in plant distillation, offering a natural and authentic tasting experience. Anise and licorice dominate with elegance, accompanied by subtle vegetal notes that evoke the Alpine landscapes.

Tasting:

  • To fully enjoy the Pastis des Alpes Latitude 45°N, dilute it with 6 to 8 measures of cold water and ice cubes. This ritual will reveal the full complexity and freshness of its aromas.
