Return and Refund Policy

Product Return Policy

At distillerie-meunier.fr, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving a reason within fourteen days. This withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement, for example, a letter sent by post or an email.  This notification must be made before the expiration of the 14-day period following receipt.

Return Process

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you are required to return the product or products from the withdrawn order at our expense without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after communicating your decision to withdraw. You can return the products in person to our establishment or send them back to the address indicated on the shipping label we will send you.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned product or products, we will refund the corresponding payment, including standard shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the receipt of the goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

Return Conditions

You will only be liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods. In the event that some products have been opened or consumed, distillerie-meunier.fr reserves the right to deduct the amount of these products from your refund.

Please note that this right of withdrawal applies only to individual customers and is not available to professionals.
