Florilèges - Fir Needle Liqueur

The Fir Liqueur from Distillerie Meunier: the scents of a beautiful walk in the forest.

To create the Fir Liqueur from the "Florilèges" collection, our Master Distiller carefully selected fir buds harvested in spring. After a slow distillation, they are blended with a infusion of mountain plants that give the liqueur its sublime amber color tinged with green reflections.

Tasting :

• Amber color with emerald-green reflections. This natural color is obtained through a plant infusion
• Nose evoking the tart and slightly resinous aromas of fir.
• Bold, full-bodied and precise palate, where the aromas of fir and dried plants evoke notes of Green Chartreuse. Long finish, without any heaviness.
• Serving: The Florilèges Fir Liqueur is preferably enjoyed slightly chilled or on the rocks to appreciate its aromatic complexity. In pairing, this liqueur will bring its aromatic nuances to chocolate or vanilla desserts.
